International Orders
We do accept orders from outside of the UK but there is no free p&p, you can either email us and ask us the postage or you can calculate it yourself by working out the total weight and then paying for the EU postage in addition.

Postage
Here at EverythingCinnamon we like to keep things simple. If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please contact us immediately. We can be contacted via e-mail at returns[at]EverythingCinnamon[dot]co[dot]uk.

Postage Costs
Postage is FREE for orders over £6.75, below this value we have to charge £1.80

Returns
If a product is faulty please contact us for a returns number. When you post the faulty product(s) back to us for your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting, available free from the Post Office, which will enable you to claim should the goods be lost or delayed in the post. EverythingCinnamon will not accept responsibility for any goods until we receive them.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after you receive the goods. If you do exercise the right to cancel, we will refund your money within 30 days of the cancellation. Items returned for exchange will be dispatched via standard post.

Products must be returned within 14 days after dispatch. After this, it is at our discretion.
